Health and wellness coaches help clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. As an online coach, I guide clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.

I personally help clients develop step-by-step plans to help them with:

  • Flare ups (IBS, intolerances, PCOS etc)

No matter what health conditions or ailments you may have, my job is to encourage you to recognise that living a thriving life is about making choices that will positively impact your mental, physical, and emotional health. 


As an integrative health coach, I view health and wellness from a holistic perspective which means I’m interested in the whole person and what it means to thrive mentally, physically, spiritually.​

Each person is different and as a unique biological profile and a correctly trained health coach will understand this. I focus on each of my clients as individuals trying to optimise their health.

Looking and feeling your best depends on diet and exercise. A minimum of 30 mins of exercise per day plus 10,000 steps is recommended to maintain sufficient physical activity levels. But the majority of people don't get this.

I personally help clients develop step-by-step plans to help them with:

Having a face to face personal trainer can be great, but it is expensive and often quite restrictive. If you're running late from a meeting you're screwed - already paid for the session and the PT can't rearrange. Online coaching gives you the freedom to create your own schedule, with the same amount of support, guidance and advice as if I were working out with you.
